This data is displayed only to you in your private, password-protected dashboard.

How We Use Your Information

• To deliver requested free resources (meal plans, guides, etc.) via email.
• To respond to Instagram comments and direct messages with content you requested by commenting a keyword.

• We only use YouTube data to display your channel analytics in your private dashboard.
• We do not transfer YouTube data to third parties unless necessary to operate the service.

• A human only reviews your data if you explicitly request support.

You can revoke our access to your YouTube data at any time by disconnecting YouTube from your dashboard, or by visiting Google Account Permissions.

We retain email addresses and lead data for as long as needed to provide our services. You can request deletion at any time.
